Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about how ExploreHub works, how we curate content, and the features we’re building next.
What exactly is ExploreHub?
ExploreHub is a curated library of links, articles, and tools organized across 40+ categories. We combine human curation with automation to make discovery fast and trustworthy.
Do I need an account to browse links?
You can browse most categories without signing up. Creating a free account lets you save favorites, sync preferences, and access upcoming collaboration features.
How often are links reviewed?
Automated checks run daily to spot broken links or outdated content. Our curation team also performs category audits each week and reviews community submissions.
Can I submit resources or request a new category?
Yes! Email team@explorehub.org with your suggestion or use the submission options inside the Links dashboard. We review every submission before publishing.
How does the AI chatbot work?
The chatbot uses natural language prompts to search curated metadata, highlight relevant categories, and explain why a resource fits your request. It never crawls the web directly.
Is my personal data safe?
We only store the information needed to power your experience and never sell data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I export my saved links?
Yes. Visit your account settings to download a CSV of favorites and saved collections. If you need a different format send a request to team@explorehub.org.
